Watch todays video, then think about why you can not do something…then feel stupid about why you thought you couldn’t do something. This video is an amazing example of will power. Warm Up: 2x Hip Mobility Drill, 2x PVC Drills,

 

2x GPX Barbell Warm Up

 

 

 

ATHLETE

 

1) 5×1 Squat Clean To Thruster, as heavy as possible (10min)

 

*may take warm up sets, working sets should start heavy

 

2) 5×5 Strict Press@ 60%max (5min)

 

3) WOD

 

Max distance barbell overhead walk @ 75/55

 

Upon failure walk bar back into the gym in Front Rack position

 

run 800m

 

20 Power Snatch with same bar

 

 

 

BEGINNER

 

1) 10minutes Max Thruster (use rack)

 

2) 5×5 Strict Press, moderate weight

 

3) WOD

 

Max distance barbell overhead walk

 

Upon failure walk bar back into the gym in Front Rack position
