Warm Up: 2x Hip Mobility Drill, 2x PVC Drills,

2x GPX Barbell Warm Up

 

ATHLETE

1) 5×1 Squat Clean To Thruster (10min Cap)

* warm up as needed. Working sets should start heavy

2) 5×5 Strict Press @ 60% max (5min cap)

3)WOD

Max Distance Overhead Barbell carry 75/55

On failure walk the bar back in the Front Rack Position

Then run 800m

20 Power Snatch with same bar

 

BEGINNER

1) 5×1 Thruster use rack (10min Cap)

* warm up as needed. Working sets should start heavy

2) 5×5 Strict Press  (5min cap)

3)WOD
