1 Power Snatch, 2 Hang Power Snatch, 1 Snatch Push Press, 2 OverHead Squat

    *Go as low as good position will allow on the OHS. If needed perform 2 more Snatch Push press instead

10- Knee to Elbow/ Leg Raise
