WARM UP: 2x Hip mobility Drill, 2x PVC Drill,

2x GPX Barbell Weight lifting warm up

 

ATHLETE

1) 5 cycles

2min Max Snatch (1st rep must be no heavier than 115 each cycle)

2min Rest

2) AMRAP 8

Buy In: 50 KB Snatch (alternate as needed)

with remaining time, complete as many rounds as possible of:

6- 90 degree rotating box jump

6- Toes to Bar

 

BEGINNER

1) 5 cycles

2min Max Hang Snatch

2min Rest

*last two rounds- complete as many good reps as possible @ 75% of highest snatch achieved

2) AMRAP 8

Buy In: 50 KB Swing

with remaining time, complete as many rounds as possible of:

6- Box Jump (as high as possible)

6- Knee to elbow/ Leg Raise
