Warm Up: 2x Hip Mobility Drill, 2x PVC Drills,

2x GPX Barbell

 

1) 15 minutes

Snatch technique work

-Add weight as long as technique is there

-Athletes that struggle with mobility issues due to injury/ deterioration, today we will look into split snatch technique

 

2) Buy In: 3 minutes KB Snatch max reps

then, AMRAP 8

30 Ball Slams

30 Sit ups

30 Lunges with ball (15/15)
