Warm Up: 2x Hip Mobility Drill, 2x PVC Drills

 

1) 3sets:  15-20 Bar Kips+ 5 Handstand Kick ups (only if you have handstands on wall)

2)  15 minutes

Skill Work

3) ATHLETE

      AMRAP 15

3 Stone To Shoulder

6 Hand stand Push Up (can do negatives if quick)

9 Toes to Bar

3) BEGINNER

    AMRAP 15

6 Stone to Shoulder (if ball is too light but next size is far too heavy)

12 HR  Push Ups

15 Hanging Knee Tucks
