So check out a hot topic as of late…HAND CARE. We just had a hero wod that was pretty rough on the hand, we have Memorial Day Murph coming up, and its not uncommon for our members to be seen with a barbell in their hands.
Here are a couple of tools that everyone should have:
1) Rip fix + pumice stone+ callus shaver. We still have some Rip Fix available at the gym. it is great to keep your hands hydrated (healthy calluses) and to heal ripped hands. The pic of the hands below is a significant difference on torn up hands, after only one day.
I dont care what route you go, but start taking care of your hands!
Warm Up: 2x Hip Mobility,
20 Dirty Dogs, 20 Donkey Kicks
3x 5 Wall Squat/ 5 Goblet Squat/ 10 KB Swings
