Try the mobility move in this video. One of my favorites.

 

Wam Up: 2x Hip mobility drill,

20 dirty dogs, 20 donkey kicks,

3x 5 wall squat/ 5 goblet squat/ 10 kb swing

 

1) Back squat: 2×6@75%, 1×6@80%, 1×3@90%

2) Front Squat: 1×5@65%, 1×5@70%, 1×5@75%, 1×5@80%

3) For Time

75 Power Snatch 75/55

* every time you set the bar down, do 10 Toes to Bar

 

1) Back squat: 2×6, 2×3 add weight each set

2) Front Squat: 4×5 add weight each set

3) For Time

75 Hang Power Snatch/ Sandbag Ground to Overhead

* every time you set the bar down, do 10 sit ups
