Warm Up: 2x Hip Mobility Drill, 2x PVC Drills

2x GPX Barbell Warm Up



1) 15min: Snatch position and movement drills (empty bar)

this will be led by coach. Be prepared to hold onto the bar pretty much the whole time.

you will be drilling proper positions throughout and starting from multiple positions.

2) For Time:

20 Snatches @ 135/95

100 Burpees

10 Snatches @ 135/95

*Go Lighter if you can not string together 5 reps
